These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SightMine mobile application ("App") operated by SightMine Technologies Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SightMine is an investment research and education platform. Nothing in the App constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
All content — including AI-generated summaries, fair value estimates, scorecard grades, risk analyses, and research outputs — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. AI-generated analysis is based on publicly available information and quantitative models that may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Actual results may differ materially from any projections or estimates.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified and licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision. SightMine is not a registered investment advisor, portfolio manager, broker-dealer, or financial institution under any applicable law.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are 13 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Free tier: The App is available at no charge with a limit of 3 AI-powered stock analyses per day, a watchlist of up to 5 stocks, and access to basic market data and scorecard features. The daily limit resets at midnight in your local time zone.
SightMine Pro: Pro subscribers receive unlimited AI analyses, full DCF fair value estimates, complete scorecard rationale, supply chain and geographic risk analysis, MD&A summaries, and all features listed as Pro in the App. Pro is offered at CAD $9.99 per month or CAD $79.99 per year.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective purchase terms. We do not process payments directly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may vary by region due to App Store pricing tiers. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

The App displays data sourced from third parties including Finnhub (market data), SEC EDGAR (public filings), and Anthropic (AI analysis). We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Third-party data is subject to the terms of each respective provider.
Market data displayed in the App may be delayed. Do not rely on App pricing information for time-sensitive trading decisions.
The App, its design, branding, AI prompting architecture, and all original content are owned by SightMine Technologies Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate, complete, or current. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SightMine Technologies Inc. and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the App or reliance on any content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
